NE Pigments Eyeshadow Pigment #304 New Black

Temperature: Cool.
Deep black. A stand-alone color.
Can be used for very black eyeliner without diluting.
For eyeshadow, dilute or mix with brown shades.
Apply lightly and densely to achieve a deep black without a blue cast.
