Perma Blend tattoo pigment - Blue Iris

Perma Blend Blue Iris is a dark blue color for the eyelids.
It can be used to paint the inter-ciliary space, as well as the mucous edge of the lower eyelid.
This pigment can also be used for accents on the moving age by gently spraying it in the center or in the outer corner of the arrow. But when creating shadows, be sure to add a solvent and your work will be clean, the pigment will lie evenly.
If you need to create a blue arrow, then add a drop of Eyeliner Black to the pigment, the arrow will be much clearer and more expressive.
The cold shade of iris is made on the basis of blue pigment. Very rich and deep color.
