Eyebrow pigment #71 – Universal brown.
The Mineral introduces new hybrid concentrated pigments from the Hollywood series that deliver unrivaled results. They do not require tight, deep styling and fit very easily into the skin.
It is not recommended to mix hybrids with minerals when working with powder techniques. To avoid unwanted color inversions, remove with a remover. All shades of HOLLYWOOD pigments can be mixed with each other.
