Next Level Pigment #1 - BLONDE ON OLIVE YELLOW BASE
The lightest in the palette of the line, healing platinum, without gray on warm skin, when working on cold skin we recommend adding LEVEL2 in a 50/50 ratio.
Can also be used for the first pass when covering red or salmon color.
Super concentrated pigment - be sure to use a thinner
Each shade is unique and ready to use
Can be mixed to obtain unique shades
