Flexi Line Top Up #3 provides deep care and restoration for lashes. It helps fix lashes and create the trendy "needle" effect. Your lashes will not only achieve the desired curl but also become hydrated, firm, nourished, and shiny.
This solution contains Alkyl Methacrylate Copolymer, a hydrophobic polymer. This large-molecular component forms a film on lashes, protecting them from moisture. Top Up also contains a unique blend of plant proteins, an alternative to animal-based keratin. The hydrolyzed ingredients improve the quality of lashes, including brittle and damaged ones. Acetyl tetrapeptide-5 stimulates eyelash growth.
This solution is completely safe even for the most sensitive eyes. Composition No. 3 is transparent, does not smudge, has moderate tackiness, and a pleasant aroma – it's very easy to work with.
