The fixing composition neutralizes the effect of composition No. 1 and prepares the hairs for the subsequent procedure with the filler.
How to use:
Apply the composition in a thin, even layer to the hairs, leave for the required time: for eyebrows - from 4 to 8 minutes depending on th
