Booster-concentrate is a product specially designed to expand the range of shades of the main colors of eyebrow paint,
is a component of the author's eyebrow coloring system "SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM" from the ÉLAN brand.
Booster-concentrate can be added to eyebrow paint of any manufacturer, if the eyebrow artist has knowledge of basic coloristics.
Booster-concentrate expands the range of shades of the main palette of eyebrow paint colors, also gives the paint additional depth and saturation.

Recommended for use only with Oxidizer 3% SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM ELAN.
