Tattoo pigment PMU EYEBROWS + Gray Harbor

Gray Harbor is a neutral light brown pigment for permanent makeup. Ideal for ash blondes. Works great on aging skin. Designed to work with ll (Nordic) phototype according to Fitzpatrick. Recommended for working with clients with cool hair color. The base is yellow. The pigment particles are finely dispersed. The paint is extremely liquid and requires dilution with a special thinner only to regulate the concentration of the dye.
