Perma Blend Blue Iris is a dark blue color for eyelids.
It can be used to paint over the inter-eyelash space, as well as the mucous edge of the lower eyelid.
This pigment can also be used for accents on the movable eyelids, gently spraying it in the center or in the outer corner of the arrow. But when creating shadows, be sure to add a thinner, and your work will be clean, the pigment will lie evenly.
If you need to create a blue arrow, then add a drop of Eyeliner Black to the pigment, the arrow will be much clearer and more expressive.
