Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover RefectoCil removes eye make-up thanks to micellar "magnetic" technology. Strengthens and nourishes hairs. Thoroughly cleanses without the need for rubbing.
For an ideal coloring result and greater durability of the dye, use the product before eyebrow and eyelash coloring, as well as before the lamination procedure.
Does not contain oil and alcohol.
Composition: Aqua, Pentylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Polyglyceryl-4 Laurate/Sebacate, Glycerin, Polyglyceryl-6 Caprylate/Caprate, Sodium PCA, Sodium Lactate, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, PCA, Sodium Hydroxide, Glycine, Phenylalanine.
