Serum 2 is intended for the second stage of flexing eyebrows and eyelashes. It interacts perfectly with Serum 1, fixing newly formed bonds in the hairs and guaranteeing the desired result of the procedure.

Main features:
- restores disulfide bonds, gives the hairs flexibility and elasticity;
- fixes the shape;
- restores natural pH;
- closes the cuticle scales;
- neutralizes alkali residues;
- contains a complex of care components based on cationic agents and emollients, as well as argan oil and hydrolyzed collagen, which condition and moisturize the hairs, protecting them and adding shine.
The product does not contain sodium bromate. Hydrogen peroxide content does not exceed 2%. pH – 2.5-3.0
Recommended for use only with Serum 1 and Serum 3 Cera Healer.
