It softens the cuticle of the hairs and opens their scales, thanks to which they are more susceptible to the influence of the active components of the composition, which penetrate the hair structure in order to remodulate the connections. The product contains hydrolyzed keratin, which helps protect the hair during the procedure. The hydrogen index (pH) of the composition is 9.0-9.5. It is recommended to use together with the professional product for laminating eyelashes and eyebrows STEP #2.
