The unique formula of Liquid Hybrid Tint and Cream Oxidant 3% from the H2O series by OKO Lash&Brow allows you to control the intensity of the color by mixing the color ratio. Ratios can vary from 1:1 to 1:3.
Diluting the color with the developer at a 1:1 ratio will give you a more saturated result, a 1:2 ratio will give you a lighter result, and a 1:3 ratio will give you the lightest result.
