Cream-color for eyebrows with oxidizing agent Deep Black OKIS BROW

Cream dye with henna extract OKIS BROW helps to achieve the effect of powdery eyebrows - it provides a denser color and durability of the dye on the skin.
Deep Black is a color that is not used in its pure form for tinting eyebrows. Suitable for coloring eyelashes (1-2 minutes). Also ideal for darkening other shades or making a color cooler.

Directions for use: Degrease the skin with eyebrow and eyelash shampoo. Mix the cream paint with the oxidizing agent in a non-metallic container 1:1. Apply the mixture evenly to the eyebrows and hold for 1 to 15 minutes. Wash off with paint fixative.
