Eyebrow cream color with oxidizing agent Cold Blond OKIS BROW

Cream dye with henna extract OKIS BROW helps to achieve the effect of powder eyebrows - it ensures a denser color and durability of the dye on the skin.
Cold Blond (cold) is the lightest shade in the palette, has a cold temperature, ideal for ash blondes. For darkening, it is recommended to add 20% Gentle Brown.
