Booster concentrate - this product is specially designed to expand the range of shades of the basic colors of eyebrow paint,
is a component of the author's eyebrow coloring system "SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM" from the ÉLAN brand.
Booster concentrate can be added to eyebrow paint of any manufacturer, if the eyebrow artist has knowledge of basic coloristics.
Booster concentrate expands the range of shades of the basic palette of eyebrow paint colors, and also gives the paint additional depth and saturation.

Recommended for use only with Oxidizer 3% SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM ELAN.
