Lamination composition No. 3 Flexi Line Top Up provides eyelashes with deep care and restoration. The drug helps to fix hairs and also create the trendy “needles” effect. The eyelashes will not only acquire the desired curl, but will also become moisturized, elastic, nourished and shiny.
The drug contains Alkyl Methacrylate Copolymer, which has hydrophobic properties. The large molecular component forms a film on the hairs that protects them from moisture. Top Up also contains a unique mixture of plant proteins that act as an alternative to animal keratin. The action of hydrolysates is aimed at improving the quality of hairs, including brittle and damaged ones. Acetyltetrapeptide-5 stimulates eyelash growth.
