Serum 2 is intended for the second stage of flexing eyebrows and eyelashes. It interacts ideally with Serum 1, strengthening the newly formed bonds in the hairs and guaranteeing the achievement of the desired result of the procedure.
Key Features:
- restores disulfide bonds, gives hair flexibility and elasticity;
- fixes the shape;
- restores natural pH;
- closes cuticle scales;
– neutralizes alkali residues;
‒ contains a complex of care components based on cationic agents and emollients, as well as argan oil and hydrolyzed collagen, which condition and moisturize hair, protecting it and adding shine.
The product does not contain sodium bromate. The hydrogen peroxide content does not exceed 2%. pH – 2.5-3.0
Recommended for use only with Serum 1 and Serum 3 of Cera Healer.
