Gel-stimulator for eyebrow and eyelash growth THUYA

Included with the strengthening gel is Eye Make-up Remover Water-Based THUYA, which is used as a degreasing agent before coloring and lamination procedures; it binds fatty inclusions well and removes them from the surface of the skin and hair. The product is water-based, odorless, does not dry the skin, and does not irritate the mucous membranes of the eyes.
