Blond Brow paste paint is used to lighten eyebrows and eyelashes in the following cases:
- to lighten eyebrows to the desired natural shade;
- before using RefectoCil paints No. 1.1 (graphite), No. 2.1 (blue), No. 3.1 (light brown), No. 4 (chestnut), No. 4.1 (red), (violet);
- for lightening dark eyebrows to match the color of bleached/dyed hair;
- to even out the color of gray hair for further uniform coloring.
With RefectoCil No. 0 paste you will lighten your hair by 3 shades
RefectoCil No. 0 eyebrow dye works only with a 3% cream oxidizing agent. Mixes with oxidizing agent in a ratio of 1:1.5
